Follow up
Every new patient receives an initial survey to fill and send us back in a self-addressed envelope.
All patients are called at least twice a month, by our quality assurance staff and are asked to comment on the services.
If they are having any problems, the D.O.N. or the administrator will call them within 24 hours and resolve the problem.
