Follow up
- Every new patient receives an initial survey to fill and send us back in a self-addressed envelope.
- All patients are called at least twice a month, by our quality assurance staff and are asked to comment on the services.
- If they are having any problems, the D.O.N. or the administrator will call them within 24 hours and resolve the problem.
- If you are having ANY problem or even a personality difference with a caregiver, we will remove the caregiver and send someone you will like. We will keep on sending someone new until you are comfortable.
