Nevada Facility…Officially Nightingale
Carmel, IN, April 14, 2007 -- Nightingale Home Healthcare of Nevada is official …the result of achieving a deficiency free survey recently.
Nightingale’s Administrator, Piper Kirby, has been on location in Nevada since the purchase of the facility last November to hire staff and provide orientation. She explained that a deficiency free survey, which is conducted by the State Board of Health, is what every health agency strives to achieve and maintain. She said it was quite a surprise to have surveyors walk in after owning the agency just a few months, but hard work paid off and the desired results were achieved.
Since opening the facility, the number of patients served by the Nevada office has grown from ten to 75. The staff includes three marketers, 15 field staff, and four office personnel. Tamara Croy, RN, serves as the Director. She has resided in Vegas for nearly two years, and brings considerable home care experience to the position.
The Nevada agency will offer the same services that are provided to the patients at all of the Nightingale facilities, including TeleMed, infra red light therapy, and PT/INR in-home monitoring. We are looking forward to offering our Midwest style of care to the residents of Clark and Henderson counties. Care that is provided with professionalism and compassion. We plan to set the standard for homecare in this Nevada city.
