Embarrassment

I wish my high school friend would have had access to an article that we ran in the spring 2011 issue of Radius. She was constantly embarrassed about her hyperhidrosis, or in laymen language, excess sweating. Her underarms were always wet and she tried every conceivable method to hide the problem. Sometimes she was reduced to tears because of a problem that seemed to have no good answers.
Fortunately, there is an answer to hyperhidrosis, whether it affects the underarm area, palms, or feet. Dr. Bushong, a board certified dermatologist and pharmacist, has several options to treat the problem. Just click on the tab marked “skin,” to receive the help you need if you suffer the same condition or know someone who does. I wish I had known about the treatment options to help my friend when she needed it.
